Where can I find my invoice?
When we have shipped your order, we always send the invoice by e-mail as an attachment to your shipping confirmation. You can also download your invoices from your dashboard.
I did not receive an order confirmation e-mail?
Sometimes the mail ends up in your spambox or the mail is delayed or your payment has failed. Check whether money has been deducted from your account.
Change and return
What are the return conditions?
Your purchase may legally be returned within 14 days. You pay the return costs yourself.
PLEASE NOTE: Leave the protective film on the plexiglass, if you have already removed it, returns are no longer possible.
